• Members have 24 hour access to the gym.

• Young people 16 years and older are eligible for full facility usage when staff is present and during unstaffed hours with signed Parent/Legal Guardian Permission Agreement.

• We offer facility and equipment orientation.

​

• Equipment: Treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, rowing machine, Smith machine, free weights, squat rack, Plyo Box, weighted machines, medicine balls, yoga mats, blocks, beachbody on demand programs, step equipment, track. Our fitness classes are included in your membership. (Always working to add more!)
